En el término de seis (6) meses el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, editará un boletín relacionado las matrículas de ingenieros y arquitectos expedidas hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1978 y anualmente los tres (3) primeros meses lo adicionará con la relación de las matrículas expedidas en el año anterior; dicho boletín será vendido a los interesados a precio de costo.
