Articulo 59 . Los ingresos provenientes del juego de apuestas permanentes, previa deducción de los gastos de administración, se destinaran exclusivamente a los programas de salud que adelanten los Servicios Seccionales de Salud y deberán ser transferidos a estos por las entidades concedentes dentro de los diez (10) primeros días siguientes a aquel en que se causen.
