Se notificarán personalmente el auto de trámite de apertura de proceso, las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia, las demás decisiones que pongan fin a la actuación, el auto que niega el recurso de apelación, el que decide sobre la rehabilitación, la resolución que sanciona al recusante temerario.
