En el marco de la emergencia declarada mediante el Decreto 1261 de 2026, adicionado por el Decreto 1348 de 2026, y hasta finalizar la vigencia fiscal 2030, los rendimientos financieros que generen los recursos destinados a atender la emergencia declarada mediante el Decreto 1261 de 2026 que sean administrados a través de patrimonios autónomos constituidos por el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda - Fonvivienda podrán reinvertirse en los programas y proyectos dirigidos a la atención de los hogares damnificados por el sismo ocurrido el 10 de agosto de 2026.
