Con aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, los establecimientos públicos y empresas industriales y comerciales procederán a modificar sus estatutos en lo pertinente, a fin de que se ajusten a lo ordenado en el presente Decreto y al orgánico del HIMAT. Los representantes del Sector Público en las Sociedades de Economía Mixta propondrán las reformas estatutarias a que haya lugar.
