Artículo treinta y tres . La Junta Directiva del Instituto de Fomento Industrial estará integrada en la siguiente forma: Por el Ministro de la Economía Nacional, quien será el Presidente de la corporación. Por dos miembros designados libremente por el Presidente de la República. Por dos representantes de la Junta Directiva del Banco Central Hipotecario; y Hasta por tres miembros más, que serán elegidos por los bancos comerciales, y por los particulares, accionistas de la institución, en la forma que se establezca en los estatutos.
