Los autos de cargos, el que niega pruebas, el que niega el recurso de apelación y los fallos se notificarán por edicto cuando, a pesar de las diligencias pertinentes de las cuales se dejará constancia secretarial en el expediente, no se hayan podido notificar personalmente.
