La Dirección General de Aduanas continuará permitiendo la exportación de "muestras sin valor comercial" para café y productos de café en todas sus formas, de acuerdo con las normas y reglamentos aduaneros. Para estas exportaciones, no se aplicarán los requisitos y obligaciones establecidos en la Ley 9º de 1991 y en el presente Decreto.
