° Desde el 1.° de Enero presente en adelante los Síndicos departamentales de lazaretos y el del Distrito Capital reconocerán á favor del Tesoro el valor íntegro de las liquidaciones que efectúen por Renta de lazaretos, y á las que hagan directamente ó por medio de sus agentes.
