Las Asambleas de las federaciones deportivas nacionales que cuentan con deportistas aficionados y profesionales y hayan organizado divisiones, secciones o comisiones especializadas se llevarán a cabo con la presencia paritaria de cada una de éstas. En consecuencia, sus estatutos proveerán el número de representantes que por cada división, sección o comisión integrarán la Asamblea.
