Tendrán derecho a la expedición de Pasaporte Diplomático: - Los Consejeros de Estado - Los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia - Los Magistrados de la Corte Constitucional, y - Los Magistrados del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura - El Gerente General y los ex Gerentes Generales de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia - El Director General del Consejo Colombiano de Cooperación en el Pacífico, Colpecc. - El Negociador Internacional del Despacho del Ministro, del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior - Alto Comisionado para la Paz - Secretario Jurídico de la Presidencia de la República.
