Presentada la solicitud, el empleado de registro del Ministerio extenderá al pie de ella y en el libro de registro correspondiente una diligencia, en que conste el día y la hora de la presentación de la solicitud y el número de hojas de ésta. Dicha diligencia la firmarán el empleado de registro y el interesado.
