Parágrafo 2

del artículo 12 del Decreto 975 de 2004, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

Las entidades otorgantes del subsidio podrán destinar para mejoramiento de vivienda hasta el ciento por ciento (100%) de los recursos disponibles en el departamento".
