Al tomar el Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos la administración directa de las estaciones, éstas, con todos sus equipos y accesorios, le serán entregadas, sin que haya lugar a indemnización o reembolso alguno a la Intendencia, y subsistirá el derecho del Gobierno a ocupar con dichas estaciones los inmuebles de propiedad intendencial destinados al servicio de ellas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
