Artículo segundo. Los Bonos de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales de 1953, devengarán intereses a la rata del seis por ciento (6%) anual, a partir del día 15 de julio de 1953 hasta su amortización, pagaderos por trimestres vencidos, y se redimirán dentro de un plazo de ocho (8) años por el sistema de sorteos trimestrales. También podrán ser amortizados extraordinariamente mediante sorteos especiales o por compras e mercado abierto.
