Son funciones de los Asesores

a)

Asesorar en asuntos técnicos y criminalísticos al Director Nacional y Subdirector Nacional de Policía Judicial y coordinar su ejecución.

b)

Colaborar con la Dirección y demás dependencias seccionales en la preparación del presupuesto del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial y asesorarlos en asuntos técnicos y criminalísticos.

c)

Preparar las normas y manuales de procedimiento para la consideración del Consejo Nacional de Policía Judicial.

d)

Las demás funciones y tareas que le asigne la Dirección Nacional de Instrucción Criminal o la Subdirección de Policía Judicial.
