Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 3o de la Ley 46 de 1946 , créase una Junta destinada a la administración y manejo de los fondos a que se refiere el artículo 2o de la presente Ley. Dicha Junta quedará constituida así: por un representante del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y otro de la Contraloría General de la República; por el Cura Párroco, el Alcalde, el Presidente del Concejo y el Tesorero Municipal.
