Artículo primero. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el suministro o adjudicación de vehículos automóviles (taxis) que se ensamblen o fabriquen en el país para el servicio público de transporte, será hecho exclusiva y directamente por la Corporación Financiera del Transporte, de acuerdo con los convenios que celebre con las empresas ensambladoras, fabricantes y distribuidores de automóviles.
