Calidades que deben acreditar los aspirantes. 5.4. Unidad o dependencia en la cual se inscribirán los candidatos. 5.5. Requisitos para la inscripción y plazos para hacerla. 5.6. Lugar, día y hora en que se abrirá y se cerrará la votación; y 5.7. Lugar, día y hora en que se efectuará el escrutinio general y la declaración de la elección.
