Los funcionarios públicos que estorben el cumplimiento de alguna de las disposiciones anteriores o que por negligencia dejen de cumplirlas, serán castigados con multa de diez a cien pesos. Estas multas serán impuestas por el Ministerio de Industrias a petición del Veterinario o Inspector de Sanidad Pecuaria.
