Artículo Quince. Son aplicables a los medicamentos, alimentos o cosméticos licenciados de procedencia extranjera, los artículos 5º, 6º, 7º, 8º, 9º, 10, 11, 12 y 13, de este Decreto, y lo que en ellos se dispone en relación con los fabricantes o productores se tendrá como dispuesto respecto de los importadores. CAPITULO III Disposiciones transitorias para hacer efectivas las tasas sobre las existencias en fábrica, almacén, deposito o en transito que se encuentren en el País en la fecha en que aquéllas entren a regir.
