El valor de los giros cuyo pago no hubiere sido reclamado dentro del plazo de dos años, a contar desde el día siguiente a su emisión, pasará al fondo del servicio de giros, mediante resolución motivada del Jefe del Servicio, aprobada por el Ministerio de Correos y telégrafos.
