La reexpedición a otro destino así como la devolución de las encomiendas contra reembolso, causará en todo caso nuevos portes, excepto el de seguro y el de timbre nacional. Los nuevos portes en los casos indicados, se harán efectivos al destinatario si no fueren cubiertos antes de la reexpedición o devolución, teniendo en cuenta que en este último caso, o sea el de devolución, se considerará como destinatario el dueño o remitente de la encomienda.
