Los beneficiarios de derechos otorgados por la Nación para la exploración y explotación de metales preciosos, prestarán al Ministerio de Minas y Energía toda la colaboración y no podrán impedir el acceso de los funcionarios a las instalaciones en que se efectúe la explotación y beneficio, pero podrán tomar todas las medidas de seguridad y los controles necesarios.
