La Nación contribuirá a la realización de la obra de qué trata el artículo anterior, con un aporte de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000). Esta suma se pagará al Municipio de Bogotá en dos cuotas anuales de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000), que se incluirán necesariamente en los Presupuestos de Gastos de las vigencias correspondientes a los años de 1949 y 1950.
