ARTICULO 4° Las personas que en la actualidad se encuentran prestando servicios en los cargos creados por el artículo 3° del presente Decreto, no necesitan de nuevo nombramiento ni posesión.

Parágrafo

El gasto que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto, se imputará al capítulo 66, artículo 497 del preuspuesto vigente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
