Artículo octavo. El Ministerio de Agricultura, por medio de resoluciones, podrá reglamentar aquellos aspectos de régimen interno no contemplados en este Decreto y que sean necesarios para el correcto manejo y funcionamiento del Fondo Rotatorio Agropecuario.
