El personal civil del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, cuando preste sus servicios en comisión en otras dependencias del Estado, disfrutará de sus vacaciones anuales de acuerdo con las necesidades de la respectiva dependencia, la cual debe expedir con destino a la correspondiente autoridad nominadora, una certificación sobre la época y circunstancias en que el comisionado hace uso de tales vacaciones.
