° La responsabilidad de las Aduanas y Secciones de Encomiendas en cuanto a la efectividad del impuesto de timbre a que se refieren las anteriores disposiciones, se acomodará a éstas, aun cuando se trate de actuaciones que hubiesen tenido lugar entre la fecha del citado Decreto número 1696 y la fecha del presente.
