El numeral 1 del artículo 251 de la Constitución Política quedará así:
Investigar y acusar, si hubiere lugar, directamente o por conducto del Vicefiscal General de la Nación o de sus delegados de la unidad de fiscalías ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia, a los altos servidores que gocen de fuero Constitucional, con las excepciones previstas en la Constitución.
