Además de las obligaciones que a los Gobernadores, intendentes y comisarios impone el artículo 16 de la precitada Ley, tendrán la de prestar todo su apoyo a los directores de estadística a efecto de que las órdenes de éstos sean fielmente cumplidas y sus trabajos no sufran retardo por culpa de los agentes provinciales y municipales.
