Término para la inscripción en el Registro Público de Instancias de Representación y expedición certificación de la inscripción. La Dirección de Asuntos para Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras del Ministerio del Interior, procederá a realizar las inscripciones en el Registro Público de Instituciones Representativas en un término no superior a treinta (30) días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente a la radicación. La certificación de la inscripción en el Registro Público de Instituciones Representativas las expedirá en un término no superior a días (10) días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente a la radicación de la solicitud."
