Artículo quince . No se podrá admitir solicitud de pérdida de la investidura de un Congresista en el evento de alegarse los mismos hechos que sirvieron de fundamento a las causales sobre las cuales ya se haya pronunciado el Consejo de Estado. Todas las sentencias en estos procesos producen efectos de cosa juzgada.
