Disposición de Reconocimiento. En base al estudio de las solicitudes y certificaciones individuales a que se refiere el artículo anterior, los Comandos de Fuerza prepararán las correspondientes Resoluciones de reconocimiento y las tramitarán por conducto regular para la aprobación y firma del Ministro de Defensa, acompañándolas de un cuadro en el que se indiquen las guarniciones, unidades, dependencias o instalaciones en que los Oficiales prestan los servicios de su especialidad, así como las condiciones a que están sujetas en materia de jornadas y horarios de trabajo
