Semestralmente los Jueces rendirán al Presidente del Tribunal del Distrito al cual pertenecen y los Fiscales de Juzgado al Procurador de su Distrito, informe sobre la marcha de su oficina, su rendimiento, sus necesidades e iniciativas y darán cuenta de las dificultades que se les hayan presentado y de su solución. Sendas copias de tal informe se remitirán por ellos a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y a la Secretaría del Consejo Superior.
