El período de los Magistrados del Tribunal Superior Militar y sus fiscales empezará al quince (15) de julio de mil novecientos cincuenta y ocho (1958). La primera elección y nombramientos de los funcionarios y empleados de que trata este código, no se requieren las condiciones exigidas por el mismo.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de asignación, el Auditor Superior y el Auditor Principal devengarán, respectivamente, el sueldo básico fijado por el Decreto número 0209 de 1958 para el Auditor de Primera categoría y el Auditor Principal (Segunda Categoría).
