Las leyes se publicaran en serie ordinaria y continua, de 1 en adelante, comenzando por las expedidas en 1821. Respecto de las que han tenido numeración de 1873 hasta hoy, llevaran el número de orden que les corresponda en la serie y aquel con que fueron sancionadas. Esta numeración se tendrá en cuenta para las referencias de unas leyes a otras.
