Modifícase el artículo 506 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 506. Entrega de la mercancía . En cualquier estado del proceso, cuando la autoridad aduanera establezca la legal introducción y permanencia de la mercancía en el territorio aduanero nacional o cuando se desvirtúe la causal que generó la aprehensión, el funcionario competente ordenará, mediante acto motivado que decida de fondo, la entrega de la misma y procederá a su devolución”.
