Para los efectos del articulo anterior, se entiende por impuesto predial el que con es, nombre cobren los Municipios o Departamentos, o el que - bajo el nombre de impuesto de caminos - recauden otros Municipios sobre el valor de los bienes raíces de su respectivo territorio.
