Artículo único. Autorízase al Ministro del tesoro para establecer Oficinas de cambio de billetes en la capital y fuera de ella, para crear los empleados que tal servicio demande, señalarles sueldos y expedir los reglamentos y providencias que fueren necesarias. Quedan derogados los Decretos número 707 y 1,042, de 19 de Junio y 29 de Agosto del presente año.
