Ninguna de las empresas siderúrgicas que se establezcan en el país, ya sea que se acojan o no a la presente Ley podrán ser gravadas con ninguna contribución o impuesto nacional de carácter especial: pero no estarán exentas del pago de contribuciones ordinarias y de carácter general establecidas o que se establezcan en el futuro.
