Las acciones correspondientes a los derechos regulados en este código prescriben en tres (3) años, que se cuentan desde que la respectiva obligación se haya hecho exigible, salvo en los casos de prescripciones especiales establecidas en el Código Procesal del Trabajo o en el presente estatuto.
