Las Cámaras de Comercio Nacionales, para los fines de este Decreto, servirán de órgano de propaganda y de consulta de la Junta Patriótica Exposición Internacional de New York, las que, a su vez, nombrarán una comisión especial dentro de su zona jurisdiccional, con objeto de agrupar a, los industriales y productores, y para elaborar los proyectos y proposiciones que al efecto enviarán a la Junta.
