LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 148. Efectos del beneficio. La cesación y archivo parcial de la acción fiscal implica que el colaborador será responsable solidariamente por aquella porción del daño sobre la cual la Contraloría General de la República no cesó y archivó la acción, dejando indemne la solidaridad que pueda llegar a predicarse respecto de los demás autores de la conducta. La cesación total de la acción fiscal a favor del colaborador implicará el archivo total de la investigación frente a este.
