La Junta Directiva se reunirá en el 1. cal donde funcione el Instituto, en sesiones ordinaria, una vez cada semana y en sesiones extraordinaria, tantas veces cuantas sea necesario en interés del establecimiento, a juicio de la misma Junta Directiva o del Gerente. A tales sesiones concurrirán, con voz pero sin voto el Gerente y el Auditor y podrán concurrir, el Ingeniero Interventor, el Abogado Consultor y los demás empleados o personas que sean citados por la Junta o por el Gerente. Actuará como Secretario de la junta el Abogado del instituto. También tiene derecho a concurrir a las sesiones de la Junta Directiva, con vez pero sin voto, el revisor Fiscal de Instituciones Oficiales de Crédito.
