Para los aprovechamientos forestales únicos de bosque natural ubicados en terrenos de dominio público o privado, el interesado deberá presentar en el plan de aprovechamiento un inventario estadístico con error de muestreo no superior al quince por ciento (15%) y una probabilidad del noventa y cinco por ciento (95%).
