Recibida la queja en el Consejo Profesional Seccional éste, por intermedio de su Secretaría, procederá a ordenar su ratificación bajo juramento, en cuanto fuere posible y mediante auto ordenará la investigación preliminar, con el fin de establecer si hay o no mérito para abrir la investigación formal disciplinaria, contra el presunto infractor. De la queja y el auto a que se refiere el presente artículo, se dará aviso escrito al Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura.
