Ley 67 de 1936 · por la cual se decreta un auxilio y se da una autorización al Gobierno en relación con las nuevas minas de esmeraldas

Autorízase al Gobierno para celebrar contratos de explotación o de administración de las minas de esmeraldas que se descubran o estén ya descubiertas en el territorio nacional, así como también para celebrar contratos de explotación, talla y venta de los productos de dichas minas.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno queda autorizado para nombrar las personas que beban intervenir en su representación en el desarrollo de dichos contratos y para fijarles las remuneraciones correspondientes.
