Art. 15. Las nulidades á que se contraen los números 7°, 8°, 9°, 11 y 12 del artículo 140 del Código y el número 2 del artículo 13 de esta Ley, no son subsanables, y el juez deberá declarar, aun de oficio, nulos los matrimonios que se hayan celebrado en contravención a aquellas disposiciones prohibitivas.
