Artículo segundo. Como objetivo principal de sus actividades, el Fondo Rotatorio Agropecuario se ocupará en la compra y venta de semovientes, huevos y alevinos, drogas, vacunas e implementos de uso veterinario y de material vegetal, insecticidas, fungicidas y abonos y demás elementos para el desarrollo de las campañas agropecuarias que adelanta el Ministerio a través de sus distintas dependencias en el país.
